What you think you need from travel design… isn’t what you really need.

Spoiler: It’s not about saving TikToks or letting your “travel-obsessed” friend forward her spreadsheet.

It’s about alignment. Timing. Knowing what works in that specific region and what absolutely doesn’t.
It’s about having someone who’s done the legwork, built the relationships, and knows how to thread the needle between “this looks good online” and this actually delivers.

You’re juggling a lot right now. Careers, calendars, wedding plans, family texts, half-finished to-do lists. The idea of planning the trip of a lifetime sounds great… until it’s you trying to figure out how to move from Florence to Puglia without burning a day in transit.

And I know you’re not trying to “wing it.” You want something well-paced, authentic. Something that feels like space not just another calendar item to manage.

But making that happen — the right hotel, the timing, the flow, the vibe — that’s where things start to spiral.

Enter me.

We Plan. You Play.

When you work with me, you’re not just getting recs, you’re getting results. The right room, in the right part of town, at the right time of year. The hotel that looks great online vs. the one that actually delivers. The private tasting worth booking. The boutique stay that’s impossible to find unless you know who to ask.

This isn’t just about luxury. It’s about taste. Timing. Access. And knowing how to pull it all together so it feels effortless, not overdone. I plan like it’s my name on the trip and it shows.

WE DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY

NO. 01

I don’t do all the destinations—just the ones I know inside and out: Italy, Greece, and France. Because that’s how I design trips that feel like they’ve been lived in. Where the timing makes sense, the flow feels intuitive, and you’re not wasting a day zigzagging across a country. It’s not just about where you go. It’s when, why, and in what order and that changes everything.

NO. 02

This isn’t a checklist. It’s a mood. A story. A mix of soul-filling classics and small, quiet moments you didn’t see coming. I layer in the places that don’t show up on top 10 lists, and I don’t overfill your days just to prove I did my job. There’s space to breathe, space to feel. (And yes, the big sights are still there but with better timing, fewer lines, and dinner waiting after.)

NO. 03

Your ideas? Always welcome. Bring me the vision board, the pinned restaurants, the note you left in your phone at 1am. I’ll take what’s inspiring you and shape it into a smart, seamless itinerary that makes sense on paper and in practice. This is where the guesswork ends and the real trip begins.

About Adrianna Nuñez

Before I was planning honeymoons through Greek islands and villa escapes in Tuscany, I was the one organizing museum galas, booking event venues in three time zones, and keeping everyone (and their timelines) on track.

That background? It’s why my travel clients don’t just get pretty hotels. They get seamless pacing, smart routing, and the confidence that someone’s already thought three steps ahead. You know those “unglamorous” parts of travel planning? The endless scrolling through reviews, the “Is this hotel actually as gorgeous as the photos?” worry, and that “Wait, did we even book a ride from the airport?” panic? Yeah, I take care of all of that.

A few years ago, I packed up my life and spent two years living out of a suitcase across Europe and the U.S. with my partner. Part research, part love story, part learning-what-actually-matters-when-you-travel. (Hint: it’s not the Pinterest board.)

Now, I work with couples who want more than just a vacation. They want a trip that feels smooth, stunning, and worth every second they took off work. They want a travel designer who understands their taste — not just where they’re going, but how they want to experience it.
